Product Selection and Quality Control
Many of our bowls are stored before their final patina, decoration or personalized design is applied. This allows us to begin by selecting the correct size and musical note for each order before completing the requested finish.
Selection by Size
When a bowl is ordered in a specified size, it is selected within that complete centimeter range. For example, a bowl sold as 18 cm will measure between 18.0 and 18.9 cm. It will not be supplied below the selected size.
Selection by Musical Note
For orders requiring specific notes, we use a strict internal frequency-selection rule. The absolute difference between the measured frequency and the target frequency must remain below 3%:

For example, for a target close to 131 Hz, the accepted range is approximately 127.1 to 134.9 Hz. A measurement of 138 Hz would therefore be rejected for that target. Whenever a bowl is closer to the exact target frequency, it is naturally preferred.
This level of selection allows individual bowls to be incorporated into a new set or used to complete a partially assembled set. We do not intentionally substitute a sharp note for a requested natural note.
Order Preparation Times
Most products displayed as available on the website are held in stock or accessible through our established artisan network.
- Standard wholesale orders: Usually prepared within approximately one week.
- Large orders: Usually prepared within approximately two weeks.
- Personalized orders: Most are prepared within one to two weeks, depending on volume and design requirements.
- Special production: Products outside our normal catalog, particularly large or technically specific projects, require an individual production schedule.
Some Full Moon bowls or unusual production requests may require additional time. When this happens, the expected schedule is discussed directly with the customer.
International Shipping and Protective Packaging
Once an order is ready, international delivery generally takes approximately two weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, as customs procedures, air-cargo congestion and international events can occasionally create delays.

Proper protection is particularly important because badly packed bowls can be damaged during international transit. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the total weight of the order and the destination country. Larger shipments generally benefit from a lower shipping cost per kilogram.
