Compact control close to the bowl
The OM Sajan Stick is the shorter option in this accessory pair. Its compact format keeps the hand close to the instrument and supports two confirmed gestures on a compatible singing bowl: a controlled strike and continuous playing around the rim.
Strike or play around the rim
For a strike, secure the bowl, begin with light contact and let it respond before playing again. For rim playing, keep the bowl stable, maintain gentle, even pressure and move at a steady pace. If the contact skips or chatters, reduce pressure and speed, then build up gradually. Every handmade bowl responds differently, so test the gesture on the actual instrument.
Premium finish, accurately described
The stick has a wooden handle with a premium copper-plated outer finish and a felt head; it is not presented as solid copper. Keep the felt clean and dry, wipe the plated surface with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive products. Choose this model for close hand control, or compare the longer OM Sajan Mallet for controlled strikes on bowls and compatible gongs. Explore HSB singing bowls and the full accessories range.
