4 Home Delivery

We offer convenient home delivery service, bringing your parcel directly to your address within the European Economic Area. This means that once your order reaches its destination within the EU, it is considered "Free On Board (FOB) Origin" and we assume ownership and responsibility for the goods.

Our all-inclusive pricing covers this seamless door-to-door service, providing you with peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

Once your parcel enters the European Economic Area, you'll have the option to track its journey for added convenience and transparency.

5 Price calculation

At Healing Singing Bowls, we believe in fair and transparent pricing for shipping. That's why we offer a degressive shipping cost per kilogram, meaning that the heavier your order, the less you'll pay per kilogram for shipping.

Please find below the visual representation of the evolution of price per kilograms based on the number of kilograms of your order:

We recommend you to order a minimum of 15 kilograms to benefit of a reasonable price per kg.

6 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include your order number, your name, the item concerned, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please also send clear photos and, if useful, a short video.

Please do not send any parcel back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or may take longer to process.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packed, preferably in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Healing Singing Bowls will cover the reasonable return shipping costs if a return shipment is required.

For returns requested for another reason, such as a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This returns policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
