Ordering authentic singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments directly from Nepal is straightforward on our wholesale platform. This guide explains the complete process, from choosing products to payment, quality control, preparation and international delivery.
1. Choose the products for your business
Browse our wholesale catalogue and add the products you need to your cart. You can order individual singing bowls, singing bowl sets, bowls selected by musical note, gongs, tingshas and accessories.
The platform is designed so that professional customers can build and place an order independently. Product prices, volume discounts and the shipping estimate are calculated automatically in the cart.
2. Start with a test order
The minimum product order is €200, or the equivalent in another accepted currency. Shipping costs are not included in this minimum. Depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel, a first test order often totals around €300 including transport.

3. Benefit from automatic volume discounts
Wholesale discounts are applied automatically according to the product value of the order:
- 5% discount from €500;
- 10% discount from €1,000;
- 15% discount from €2,000.
The same thresholds apply in equivalent currencies. For an unusual project or a very large recurring requirement, contact us so that we can review it individually.
4. Create your account and submit the order
Complete your billing and delivery details carefully, including the company name, contact person, telephone number and full address. The cart displays the available delivery option and calculates transport according to the order weight and destination. Review the products, quantities, discounts and delivery information before confirming the order.
5. We review the order with you
After submission, our team checks availability, quantities, requested sizes or notes, payment information and shipping details. If clarification is needed, we contact you by email or WhatsApp before preparation begins. Special productions or items outside the standard catalogue are reviewed and quoted separately.
6. Complete payment
New customers pay before preparation and dispatch. Payment can be made by bank card, PayPal, bank transfer or Wise. The shop supports several currencies, and Wise can make international transfers easier for customers paying in other supported currencies. Adapted payment arrangements may be considered later for established customers with a regular ordering history.
7. Product selection and quality control
When an order requires bowls by size or musical note, we select them before the final finishing and packing stages. A bowl ordered in an 18 cm size band measures from 18.0 to 18.9 cm and is never below the requested size. For bowls selected by note, the measured frequency is kept within less than 3% of the target frequency so that the instrument can be integrated into a carefully composed set.
8. Preparation time
Products displayed as available are normally in stock. Most wholesale orders are prepared in approximately one week. Very large orders may require up to two weeks. Special production outside our regular catalogue can take longer; the schedule is agreed with the customer according to the project.
9. Protective packing and worldwide delivery
International transport generally takes around two weeks after dispatch. We work with an experienced cargo partner that understands how to protect singing bowls during transport. Delivery times remain estimates and can be affected by customs, congestion or international events. Please read our shipping, delivery and returns information for the applicable conditions.
10. Check the shipment on arrival
Inspect the cartons and products as soon as the shipment arrives. If you notice visible transport damage, photograph the packaging and affected items and contact us promptly so that we can assist according to the shipping and returns procedure.
