HSB normally works with a minimum order value of about €200 rather than a fixed number of items. The exact mix can include bowls and accessories; contact us if your project has special requirements.
How do I place an order?
Choose products on the website and proceed to checkout. Shipping is calculated from the destination and parcel weight, and any applicable volume discount is applied automatically. For a tailored order, ask us for help before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card and PayPal payments through PrestaShop Checkout, as well as bank transfer. Additional methods may appear at checkout depending on your country and device.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes. Eligible volume discounts are applied automatically according to the value of the order, so the adjusted price is visible before payment.
What types of singing bowls do you offer?
We offer traditional seven-metal bowls, Patan bowls, carved and patinated bowls, OM Sajan and Full Moon collections, sets selected by size or musical note, plus gongs, tingshas and accessories.
What singing bowl sizes are available?
Our range extends from small hand-held bowls to large instruments. Each product page gives the available sizes; handmade pieces can vary slightly in dimensions and weight.
Can I choose a particular musical note?
Yes, for eligible bowls. Use our selection by musical note or ask us to check availability. Because every bowl is handmade, note and frequency are verified on the individual instrument.
Can singing bowls be customized?
Yes. Eligible bowls can be personalized with a logo, name, symbol, musical note or suitable design. Feasibility depends on the bowl size and artwork; some named artisan collections are excluded.
How long does preparation and delivery take?
Timing depends on the products, quantity and destination. Preparation commonly takes around one week, while delivery often takes about two weeks and can occasionally take three. We confirm unusual or complex projects individually; these timings are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally from Nepal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the destination and total weight, or included in a tailored quotation. See our shipping, delivery and returns page.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes and local handling charges depend on the destination and are not included unless explicitly stated. The recipient is responsible for any charges requested by local authorities or the carrier.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the parcel and product, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and propose the appropriate solution.
