Thirty-Minute Staff Introduction
A spa therapist may be highly experienced in wellness services without having used a Himalayan singing bowl set. For this reason, the property can receive a 30-minute introductory onboarding covering safe handling, basic playing, setup and a simple session structure.
The format can be a live video call, prepared slides or a recorded resource, depending on what is available when the order is finalized. This is an operational introduction, not a professional sound-healing certification.
Hotel Logo and Visual Identity
An eligible bowl can carry the hotel or spa logo for 20% more than the same bowl without the logo. HSB reviews the design, placement and engraving method before production.

Quotation, Payment and Project Follow-Up
Spa and hotel projects are normally prepared through a tailored quotation. We can revise the proposed configuration, add or remove instruments and provide the commercial and shipping information required by the purchasing team.

Preparation and International Delivery
Typical preparation requires approximately one week for final instrument selection, any agreed engraving, control and export packing. International delivery is normally around two weeks and can occasionally take three during congestion.
