Meet Our Team
Behind Healing Singing Bowls, there is not a faceless company, but a dedicated team based in Nepal, working every day to connect authentic Himalayan craftsmanship with customers around the world.
Our work begins in Kathmandu, in close connection with Newari artisans and trusted makers, and continues through product selection, logistics, packaging, digital support, and international coordination. Each member of our team has a very specific role, and together we make sure that every order is handled with care, precision, and personal attention.
We believe that selling authentic singing bowls is not only about offering beautiful products. It is also about trust, knowledge, responsiveness, and the people behind each step of the process.
Sajan – International Coordination & Digital Development
Sajan plays a central role in the overall development of Healing Singing Bowls. Coming from a Newari family connected to the traditional world of singing bowl craftsmanship, he represents both heritage and modern vision.
While deeply rooted in this cultural and artisanal background, Sajan also studied information technology. This combination allows him to bridge two worlds: the traditional expertise of Nepalese singing bowl makers and the digital tools needed to share this knowledge internationally.
He has been instrumental in building the international side of the family business, structuring the offer, organizing product presentation online, and supporting the technical and digital development of the platform. He also contributes to the global coordination of the team and helps ensure that the right information, products, and services are made available to customers abroad.
In many ways, Sajan helps transform traditional know-how into an organized and accessible international offer.
Sudip – Kathmandu Shopkeeper & Local Customer Support
Sudip is the person who takes care of the shop in Kathmandu. Young, dynamic, and always ready to help, he is often one of the first direct contacts for customers who are visiting Nepal or collecting an order locally.
He knows the products well and is available to welcome clients at the shop, answer practical questions, and help them see what is currently available in stock. For customers who are in Kathmandu, his presence is especially valuable, whether they want to collect an order, discover available items, or discuss possible selections in person.
Sudip brings energy, availability, and direct contact with the reality of the store. He is an important link between the stock on site and the customer experience in Kathmandu.
Sobit – Packaging & International Shipping Specialist
Sobit is our packaging specialist and one of the key people behind the safe delivery of our products worldwide.
Packing singing bowls, gongs, tingshas, and rare handcrafted items is not a simple task. These products require experience, precision, and a deep understanding of how they need to be protected depending on their shape, fragility, value, and destination. This is where Sobit’s expertise becomes essential.
With years of hands-on experience, he oversees the preparation and protection of the products before shipment. He makes sure that bowls are wrapped properly, that cartons are secured correctly, and that special packaging solutions are used when needed. Depending on the type of product, this may include reinforced packaging, wooden boxes, or custom protective arrangements for rare or delicate items.
He also helps with shipment follow-up and tracking, and with the many practical details that vary from one country to another. Sobit does not work alone: he coordinates with a small packaging team of two to three people to make sure orders are prepared carefully and consistently.
When a parcel arrives safely on the other side of the world, a large part of that success comes from Sobit and his team.
Demde – Local Logistics Coordination
Jenny is responsible for local logistics coordination in Nepal, and her role is absolutely essential to the smooth handling of orders.
Because manufacturers, workshops, and product sources are not always located in the same place, large or mixed orders often require real coordination on the ground. Jenny ensures that products are received, checked, organized, and directed properly within our local workflow before moving to the packaging stage.
Her experience is especially important when orders include different types of items coming from different sources. She helps synchronize the process, avoids delays where possible, and makes sure that the right products move through the right steps at the right time.
In practical terms, Jenny is one of the people who keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes. Her work requires organization, follow-up, communication, and a solid understanding of local realities in Kathmandu.
Dipesh – Product Selection & Custom Orders
Dipesh is our specialist for product selection, especially when customers have specific technical or custom requirements.
When an order requires bowls with precise notes, frequencies, sizes, or other special characteristics, Dipesh is the person who identifies the right pieces. His role is particularly important for customers looking for carefully matched singing bowls, tailored sets, or special selections based on exact criteria.
He is also closely connected with manufacturers and production teams. If a particular size, note, or specification is not immediately available, Dipesh follows up directly with the workshops to help secure what is needed as quickly as possible.
In addition to product selection, he also supports custom work and product customization requests. This makes him a key person for customers who need something more specific than a standard order.
Dipesh helps turn a general request into a precise and workable product solution.
Ayush – Blog & Digital Marketing Support
Ayush supports the digital communication side of Healing Singing Bowls, with a particular focus on blog content and online updates.
Working part-time, he collects information from the team and helps transform that knowledge into articles, updates, and informative content for the website. His work contributes to keeping the blog active, relevant, and connected to what is really happening on the ground.
Through this role, Ayush helps share the knowledge, stories, and product information that are part of our daily work. He supports the visibility of the brand while helping us communicate more clearly with customers and readers around the world.
