Four Full Moon notes, one complementary Sunya

This five-bowl selection brings together four Original Full Moon bowls by Santa Ratna Shakya in F3, B3, G3 and D3, all in the third octave. It is intended for practitioners wishing to explore the four-bowl energy-balancing approach associated with his teaching, alongside personal listening and sound practice. The single Sunya adds a separate listening option; it is not one of the four Full Moon bowls used in that approach.

What is included

• 4 Original Full Moon bowls: F3, B3, G3 and D3.
• 1 Sunya bowl, approximately 11 cm in diameter.
• 1 book by Santa Ratna Shakya: Tuning the Mind, Healing the Body (English).
• 5 cushions: red for F3, purple for B3, yellow for G3, green for D3 and blue for the Sunya.
• 1 red mallet, 23 cm long.
• 1 leather-covered playing stick, 30 mm in diameter.

A clearly identified colour correspondence

The four Full Moon cushion colours follow the correspondence used here for Santa's teaching: F/root/red, G/solar plexus/yellow, D/heart/green and B/crown/purple. This differs from the common modern C-to-B chakra chart; it does not change the musical notes themselves. Cushion sizes are selected to fit the bowls.

An HSB selection for sound practice

This kit is assembled by HSB around Santa's instruments and book, with accompanying playing accessories. Tingshas are not included and can be purchased separately for practices that use them. Energy balancing is a traditional practice framework, not a medical treatment or a guarantee of health benefits.
